3D model of Two-Plate Family Injection Mould for Two Different Stepped Tubes

Tính năng nổi bật

Two-plate family injection mould that moulds two different PP stepped tubes (≈Ø222 × 218 mm) in one shot. Sub-inserts form the bores, 12 ejector pins push the parts and a robot takes the shot out by the sprue. View and rotate the animated 3D model on this page.

  • Two-plate mould 750 × 650 mm, 590 mm high, with two cavities for two different PP stepped tubes in the same shot (family mould), for a horizontal press.
  • Melt enters through the sprue bush, a Ø12 round runner and two side gates; a sprue puller keeps the runner on the moving half when the mould opens.
  • The bore is formed by shouldered sub-inserts from both halves: the moving-half core forms the large bore and cone, the fixed-half core forms the small bore.
  • Each cavity has 6 ejector pins: 4 × Ø12 on the bottom rim and 2 × Ø18 on the cone face; ejector stroke 112 mm, ejector plates on their own guide pins and bushes.
  • The deep parts grip the cores, so they are not dropped: a robot grips the sprue, pulls the whole shot 160 mm off the pins and lifts it out; mould opening stroke 500 mm.
  • Built to your drawing: send the part drawing or sample, resin, cavity count and press data, and ZINITEK will propose the mould layout and part take-out.
