Progressive Die for a Two-Hole Link Plate with Fixed Stripper

ZINITEK project: a two-station progressive die for a 2 mm steel link plate, with an animated 3D model. Discuss a die for your drawing or sample part.

3D model of Progressive Die for a Two-Hole Link Plate with Fixed Stripper

3D model

Progressive die for a 2 mm steel link plate: the view-only 3D model shows the upper and lower die halves, the fixed stripper (drawn see-through so the punches and strip inside stay visible), the guiding system, and the open–close motion with the strip feed.

Main design

Two-station strip layout at a 14 mm pitch: pierce two Ø3 holes, re-register the strip on pilots, then blank the 12 × 27 mm part; parts and slugs drop through the openings in the die shoe. Fixed stripper bolted to the die plate: it forms the 31 mm strip channel, guides the punches over the full stroke and strips the strip off the punches as the die opens.

Discuss a die for your part

Send a drawing or reference sample with material, thickness, volume and press data so ZINITEK can discuss the design and manufacturing approach.
