The view-only 3D model shows the fixed half, the moving half, the ejector set and the take-out robot, animated through mould opening, ejection and pulling the shot out by the sprue.
Main design
Two cavities for two different stepped tubes share one runner system. Sub-inserts form the bores from both sides and 12 ejector pins push the rim and cone; because the parts are deep and grip the cores, a robot pulls the shot out by the sprue instead of letting it drop.
