8-station progressive die for a U-channel bracket: the view-only 3D model shows the upper half, lower half, spring stripper, ball-bush guiding and the strip, with the opening–closing motion, strip lift and feed.
Main construction
Eight stations at a 40 mm pitch: pilot-hole piercing, three piercing and trimming stations, an up-bend, two down-bends and cut-off into the chute. Spring lifters raise the strip 10.5 mm for the feed; 4 Ø20 ball-bush pillars keep the die aligned over the 40 mm stroke.
