11-Station Progressive Die for a Sheet-Steel Bracket

ZINITEK project: an 11-station progressive die with strip lifters, shown as an animated 3D model. Discuss a die for your part from a drawing or a sample.

3D model

The view-only 3D model shows the upper half, the floating stripper, the lower half, the strip lifters and the 11-station layout, with continuous crank motion, the strip feed, parts sliding down the chute and slugs dropping through the die.

Main design

The 275 mm strip advances 225 mm per stroke. The stripper, hung on latches and gas springs, clamps the strip before the punches work; as the die opens, 8 lifters raise the strip 23 mm so the formed flanges clear the die before it feeds. The last station cuts away the centre carrier and releases two mirrored parts per stroke.

Discuss a die for your part

Send a drawing or a reference sample with the material, thickness, volume and press details, and ZINITEK will discuss the design and manufacturing approach with you.
