3D model of 11-Station Progressive Die with Strip Lifters

Tính năng nổi bật

11-station progressive die for a 2 mm SPHC sheet-steel bracket: 275 mm strip, 225 mm pitch, two mirrored parts per stroke. A floating stripper on gas springs and 8 lifters that raise the strip 23 mm clear the formed flanges. Rotate the animated 3D model right on this page.

  • 11 stations in sequence: piercing and pilot holes, trimming, clearing, 90° bend, 45° bend, 90° bend and cut-off, with idle stations to keep the die blocks strong.
  • Two mirrored parts per stroke: the cut-off punch removes the centre carrier, the parts slide down the chute and the slugs drop straight through the die and the die shoe.
  • Floating stripper hung on 4 latches and 8 gas springs of Ø95, 3,000 daN and 50 mm stroke: it clamps the strip before the punches cut and strips it off them on the way up (240 kN in total).
  • Eight lifters raise the strip 23 mm after every stroke so the formed flanges clear the die before the strip feeds; ISO 10243 Ø20×76 die springs work at only 32% deflection.
  • Runs continuously on a crank at 20 strokes/min (40 parts/min) with a 137 mm stroke; cutting force ≈1,210 kN, 250-ton press recommended; pilots locate the strip at every station.
  • Cutting and forming parts in SKD11 hardened to 58–62 HRC; shoes, clamp plate and stripper in S50C; standard pillars, bushes, springs, screws and dowels. Send a drawing and ZINITEK will propose the strip layout and die design.
