3D model of Gasket Nut Progressive Die Made to Drawing

Tính năng nổi bật

3-station progressive die for a D-shaped Gasket Nut from 4 mm strip: Ø5 piercing, side trimming at a 31 mm pitch and final blanking. HASCO ball-bush guiding, a 14 mm spring stripper stroke and a pneumatically actuated strip locator. Rotate the animated 3D model right on this page.

  • 3-station progressive die with a 31 mm strip pitch: station 1 pierces the Ø5 hole and trims both sides, station 2 uses a Ø4.9 pilot to re-locate the strip on the fresh hole, station 3 blanks the 26.4 × 29.1 mm D-shape into the finished part.
  • 40 mm wide, 4 mm thick strip running between two strip guides; a locator pin stops the strip at every pitch and drops 10 mm to let it advance. The trial version uses a 6 mm hand lever; the production version drives the pin with a pneumatic cylinder for automatic running.
  • Spring stripper with 6 E1544 Ø32 × 44 die springs: it contacts and clamps the strip first, its 14 mm gap closes while the punches cut, keeping the strip flat and stripping it off the punches as the die opens.
  • 4 HASCO Z011 Ø32 × 200 guide pillars with Z11 ball bushes, plus 4 Ø18 auxiliary pillars for the stripper; stop blocks on both die halves protect punches and dies at bottom dead centre.
  • Cutting parts in SKD11 tool steel hardened to 58–62 HRC (dies, punches, side cutters); die shoes, punch holder and stripper in S50C to keep cost down; HASCO standard components (Z31 screws, Z26 dowels, pillars, bushes, springs).
  • Order to your drawing: send the part drawing, material and strip thickness, annual volume and press data, and ZINITEK will propose the strip layout and die design.
